Thank you to everyone that joined us on January 22nd for a Virtual Workshop to get the 411 on Salt Lake City’s Frequent Transit Network (FTN)! SLC staff discussed how to ride the bus and the City’s future plans for the network during this FB Live presentation. We encourage you to still take the survey at http://bit.ly/slcFTNSurvey to help us improve our transit efforts in Salt Lake City.
In August of 2019, Salt Lake City Transportation partnered with the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) to launch three enhanced bus routes along 200 South, 900 South and 2100 South in Salt Lake City. This marked the implementation of the first phase of the new Frequent Transit Network, with 15-minute or better frequency on these routes Monday through Saturday, as well as late night service every 30 minutes, Sunday service and a direct east-west connection. The City is now conducting a series of community workshops and outreach to learn how the new network can better serve the public.
